This month we will be incorporating actual nature into our craft! We will be creating paper leaf lanterns that will include found objects from nature like leaves and flowers. During our current exhibition, In Nature’s Studio, we see artists who create paintings of vast landscapes, full of natural elements like trees, leaves, and sunlight. We will be taking inspiration from these artist’s admiration of nature by creating our own glowing lanterns! Think of these like a little piece of a landscape, with the leaves and flowers from land and the candlelight inside like the sunshine!
