Event Details

No Mistakes is a series of workshops where I share techniques and tools that can help you engage with art and explore your creative side. By taking time away from our daily routines, we can let go of expectations and enjoy a more spontaneous way of creating. Each session focuses on one artist from the Urge to Create exhibit currently on view at the Mennello Museum.

The second workshop is inspired by the artworks of Tom Cummings, who enjoyed overseeing his world of leaves and trees come alive and his edifices take shape through paint. Inspired by this gesture, we will be working with alcohol ink to playfully dabble with different colored inks and direct them with our breath to form ethereal lines, shapes and textures.
