The Mennello Museum hosts their First Annual Brunch With Your Pup as part of the Museum’s Pet Membership Program

Orlando, FL — December 21, 2017

Grab your pups and picnic blankets, and meet us in the Mennello Museum Sculpture Garden for the first Sunday brunch of the new year! The Mennello Museum’s first annual Brunch With Your Pup is presented by The Urban Dog Real Estate Group (CAE Sales and Investments) and will be held on January 7, 2018, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. in the museum’s lakeside sculpture garden.

Shannon Fitzgerald, Executive Director states, “The Pet Membership program is part of our mission to reach multiple audiences and provide several access points to art, culture, and nature. Our sculpture garden on Lake Formosa is a welcoming place for the community to gather together with their pets, enjoy local food and beverage, and immerse themselves in the museum experience.”

Please join us, along with Mayor Buddy Dyer and his dog Sammie, for mimosas & brunch catered by Elite Catering, Events & Venture — enjoy our waffle station, selection of quiches, Andouille potato hash, olive oil & garlic kale and more! Coffee will be provided by Lineage Coffee Roasting

And of course, we couldn’t forget the pups! Treat your best friend to their own catered buffet provided by Pookie’s Pet Nutrition & Bow Wow Bakery— Teddy’s Tempting Turkey Meatballs; Egg Rolls with brown rice, chicken, green beans, and carrots; Lucy’s Lamb Sausage; Rover’s Roasted Chicken Hearts; Bella’s Beef Nibblets; Celery with cream cheese and peanut butter; Banana Mini Muffins; and Pookie’s Cookie Plate.

Non-Pet Member: $30

About the Museum
The Mennello Museum of American Art, owned and operated by the City of Orlando, is located on the beautiful shore of Lake Formosa in Orlando’s Loch Haven Cultural Park. The museum provides residents and visitors welcoming opportunities to understand and value creativity through innovative experiences with art further connecting it to nature and communal gathering. Our goal is to encourage creative and diverse experiences with art that nurtures audiences while reflecting the dynamic relationship between art and society.  In addition to housing the permanent collection of folk modernist Earl Cunningham, the museum presents temporary exhibitions that feature a broad range of American art from traditional to contemporary practices.
